SHOPPING LIST:

INFO BUTTON – advises that you can edit the product details and quantity OR add a note regarding any store Specialsyou learned of from fliers. It also outlines a quicker way to complete the processing of your shopping list. Note that you can swipe left to delete a product from the list.

PLUS/PERSON’S HEAD – pressing this allows you to email or text the shopping list or part of it (as filtered) to another person.

CIRCLE WITH THREE DOTS – you can:

• Move Completed Items to Put Away – moves checked items to the Put Away page UNLESS you have switch on Automatic Put-Away under Settings – Options.
• Mark All as Complete – allows you to quickly move everything you bought to Put Away or Inventory on Hand, as applicable.
  • Note that, if you didn’t buy everything on the list, you can Cancel (instead of Confirm), uncheck any items that you didn’t buy, then select Move Completed Items to Put Away. This shortens the process considerably.
• Mark All as Incomplete
• Hide Completed
• Show Completed
• Add Shopping Note – type any notes you like to your shopping list. It’s completely freeform and can be used for any purpose.
• Remove All Special Notes – allows you to delete all notes about Specials.
• Add Provisions for Extended Trip or Additional Crew – allows you to automatically increase your shopping list quantities appropriately. It uses the Weely Need number on the  Product Details page and the additional people/time being provisioned for.
• Delete List

HELP BUTTON (“?”) – takes you to help text relevant to the page you are on.

SEARCH FIELD – search to see if a product is on the shopping list by keying the product name or part thereof. If it’s not found, press the PLUS BUTTON and add the product. See “PLUS” below.

SORT BUTTON – this sorts the products into the desired order (product name, etc.)

FILTER SYMBOL – press this to sort and filter by storage location, category, et cetera as desired. Save your most-used filters for future use. The five flags indicate your chosen filter/s.

CIRCLES to check off items as you buy them.

ACTION: PRESS ON A PRODUCT – pressing on a product line allows you to:

• Edit the product details. Note that any change in parameters will apply to future purchases of that product. Current inventory is displayed.
• Add Price Special Note – another screen pops up where you can enter any specials that you become aware of.
• Remove will remove the item from your shopping list.
• Cancel will take you back to the shopping list page.

PLUS – press this to add a product to the shopping list.

• If the product is already tracked, the details will be displayed – press Save to add it.
• If the product is not already tracked, but is in the Pre-fill List, you will need to confirm the details and specify its Usual Storage Location and Default Use Within.
• If the product is not in the Pre-fill List (i.e. it’s unique to you) you will need to provide essential information and, if you want to make it a regular inventory item, you will need to check the box and provide additional information and overwrite the Usual Storage Location along with its Default Use Within.
